Graduation

EVHS Class of 2023 Graduation Ceremony will be:

• At SJSU Event Center

• On 5/31 at 5PM 

  • Doors Open and Seniors Must Arrive at 4PM

• Tickets are $20

• Graduating Seniors will receive (2) TWO Free Tickets on 3/30

  • Seniors who qualify for Free or Reduced lunch will receive (2) TWO additional free tickets 

Additional Tickets may be purchased as follows:

April 6th - 9AM 

• All seniors will be able to purchase up to four additional tickets on April 6th at 9AM at their senior pano.  

• cash only

• Lottery form published on Senior Update and via Remind to seniors & their parents.

April 18th - 1PM 

• lottery entrants' winners names will be drawn.

  • Must submit this form BEFORE 4/18 for a chance to purchase 4 more tickets at $20 each.

  • Lottery winners will be notified via the email provided on the form by 4PM on 4/18

April 19th - May 10th

• Lottery winners may purchase up to four (4) more tickets at $20 each from the school bank or activities office during school business hours. 8:30 - 4:30 M-F

  • NO TICKETS WILL BE DELIVERED TO STUDENTS!

  • Students and/or parents must show ID in order to pick up tickets

• Seniors who qualify for Free or Reduced lunch may pick up 2 additional free tickets from the Activities Office

  • Must show ID Card & ESUHSD letter verification of F/R status

May 11th - 26th

• Unclaimed lottery or F/R tickets on sale in the school bank

• First come, first served - cash only and no holds

May 30th

• Each graduating senior will be GIVEN TWO FREE tickets IF they attend the senior picnic, graduation practice AND fill out the senior survey.

  • 2PM - 4PM - any unsold/unclaimed tickets available for sale in the Activities Office (Cougar Hall)

  • First come, first served - cash only and no holds
