Graduation Ticket Sales Update

As in previous years, all graduates receive 2 free tickets at the senior picnic on May 28th (10-2) & can purchase up to 4 tickets at the senior Pano on 4/17/24

• • Pre-purchased and Free F/R graduation tickets MUST be picked up by 3:30 5/3 in C111.  

  • Lottery winner tickets must be purchased and picked up by 3:30 on 5/10 in the School Bank

  • Unclaimed tickets will be resold to families that entered the lottery but did not have their names drawn.

  • Any remaining tickets will be sold first come first served after 5/17.

    • Unclaimed tickets will be sold first come first served for $25

      • Online beginning May 15th after 3PM

      • In person (cash only) beginning May 15th

        • School Bank or C111

        • until sold out - online or cash only

Doors open at 4PM

Ceremony Begins promptly 

at 5PM

The following WILL BE CONFISCATED BY SJSU SECURITY:

• Balloons

• Signs

• Noise Makers

• METAL OF ANY KIND

• Things that obstruct others’ view or hearing

Seating is first come first served

• Please DO NOT save seats.

Please remain seated throughout the ceremony

• DO NOT block the view of others.

Graduation Ticket Sales Info:

As in previous years, all graduates receive 2 free tickets & can purchase up to 4 tickets

• Tickets are $20

  • Graduating Seniors and lap infants (under 2) do not need a ticket

  • Seniors may purchase up to 4 tickets on 4/17 at the senior pano (cash)

  • OR pre purchase up to 4 tickets online and pick them up on 4/17 at the pano

  • Tickets purchased online before April 17th may be picked up in the school bank.

• Graduating Seniors will receive (2) TWO Free Tickets on 5/28 if they attend senior picnic & grad practice

  • Seniors who qualify for Free or Reduced lunch will receive (1) ONE additional free ticket

    • Must Pick Up in C111 and show ESUHSD letter to receive

    • Claim free tickets 

      • April 17th-19th from Ms. Y in C111

      • April 22nd - 29th from Ms. Detar in the School Bank

• All seniors may enter the lottery for a chance to purchase up to 4 more tickets for $25 each

*Due to the increased venue costs this year, all tickets beyond the 2 free and 4 reserved will be sold for $25.  All money collected from ticket sales goes to pay for graduation and senior activities

• The lottery form will close April 30th at 9AM.  (please only submit the form one time)

• Lottery winners will be notified on April 30th AM via email.

  • Lottery winner tickets may be purchased at the School Bank or C111 through May 10th at 3PM

• Unclaimed tickets will be sold first come first served for $25

  • Online beginning May 10th

  • In person (cash only) beginning May 13th
