Registration Steps - How to Register
STUDENT WITHDRAWAL FROM EVHS:
Legal parent/guardian, please provide the following, in person:
Student full name
Student date of birth
Name of new school & start date
Copy of legal parent/guardian ID or Drivers License
CHANGE OF ADDRESS:
Complete the Change of Address Form and provide the supporting documents that are listed. Submit all in our front office during normal business hours or send by email to conleyg@esuhsd.org.
TRANSCRIPT REQUEST:
Transcript orders must be placed through Parchment.com
There is no cost for transcript orders
Please allow up to five (5) business days to process.
EDUCATION/GRADUATION VERIFICATION
Please include signed release form and fax only ONE (1) Request to:

Allow up to 5 business days to process.
ORDERING A DUPLICATE DIPLOMA:
