Review the below schedule to estimate the rental cost
All events require a custodian.
All events using EVHS audio/visual equipment require paid student technicians
NO rooms/items/facilities may be opened or used during an event if they are not listed and paid for in the signed contract.
Please do not ask a staff member to open any doors or cabinets that are not part of your contract.
Facilitron
Evergreen Valley High School uses an online rental form called Facilitron. Facilitron offers renters a convenient 6-step process making rental requests easy and efficient to manage.
