Participation Requirements
for All Athletes
Create a profile at ATHLETIC CLEARANCE.
All our athletic forms are paperless
You can download all forms if you like, once you are logged into Athletic Clearance
You will need to be cleared to try out AND play sports.
Make an appointment with your doctor to get a sports physical ASAP - Don't Wait!
Please make sure to upload proof of insurance (picture of medical card, etc)

Tryouts for the high school season are from
August 5th to August 16th and you are expected to attend every day:
Monday - 3:45 PM to 5:45 PM
Tuesday - 4 PM to 6 PM
Wednesday - 3 PM to 5 PM
Thursday - 4 PM to 6 PM
Friday - 3 PM to 5 PM
We are having summer water polo workouts if you want to get an early start and it's also a great way to prepare for the high school team tryouts.
No Water Polo experience needed.
June 17th through July 26th
Monday thru Thursday:
6 to 8 AM for the boys & girls who are attending summer school
8 AM to 10 AM for boys and girls who are not in summer school

In order to participate in any workouts or open gyms, you must get cleared through Athletic Clearance. You must upload the following to Athletic Clearance:
Physical form filled out by doctor (pictures of BOTH sides of the physical form)
Proof of Insurance (BOTH sides of insurance card)
Any e-documents that the site tells you to fill out and submit
