How to Start A Club
CLUB APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED IN SPRING FOR THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL YEAR.
NEW CLUBS CAN ONLY BE FORMED BY CURRENT EV STUDENTS!!!
DUPLICATE CLUB APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Please check our list of current clubs CAREFULLY before submitting an application to start a new club.
If the club you are proposing is very similar to a current club, or could be part of a current club's scope of work, your application will be rejected.
ONLINE CLUB APPLICATION PROCESS
IMPORTANT: There has been a change to the required items and structure of ALL Club Google Folders
Before Starting Your Club Application Review This Checklist:
Have (Create for new clubs) a SHARED Google Folder → ANYONE on the internet can view
Example Google Drive Folder and Checklist
Make sure your folder is shared with → evhsicc@gmail.com, evhsiccommittee@gmail.com, AND set so that anyone with the link can view
Your Google Folder must contain:
Club Mission Statement (180 characters MAX)
Constitutions must have democratically elected officers/executives where all active members are allowed to vote equally.
Budget Signature Form - have signed by Treasurer and Advisor
Club Advisor Confirmation - Signed Advisor Confirmation Form for the upcoming school year
Proof of perfect scores on the Finance Training Quiz for President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer
Create a folder in which screenshots of each officer's score is placed
Advisors score is also recommended

CLUB ACCESS TO ASB WORKS
All accepted clubs must finish the ICC Training program and the officers must pass the quiz with a 100% score in order to activate their school bank account annually.
Advisors are HIGHLY encourage to review the training and take the quiz too.
Training and quizzes are released in August and due prior to participating in Club Rush Week.
ALL club officers and advisors will receive email confirmation of account activation in September of each school year
CAN'T FIND AN ADVISOR?
Clubs who can not find an advisor may not have their charter approved. However, the Activities Director will attempt to find advisors for all clubs with applications that are approved pending finding an advisor. Please fill out this form to request assistance finding an advisor.
